Your new role

As part of the MBA team you will be responsible for co-ordinating large-scale events, coordinating external/internal engagement activities, and handling other administrative duties associated with the MBA Programs. While the role is during normal business hours, on occasion a level of flexibility is required to support events held in the early evening. This part-time position is 3 days per week, however, fewer hours over 4 or 5 days is available.

In this role you will:
  • Manage email/telephone inquiries and other administrative matters relating to the MBA program.
  • Undertakes administrative activities which support the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the school, the MBA program and related staff.
  • Provide event logistics support, including venue arrangements, RSVP management, catering, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate and network with internal stakeholders to foster relationships and increase engagement opportunities.
  • Be willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
