Job description
1. Oversee annual university programs in Asia:
- Conduct regular review meetings with Asia campus recruitment teams on the progress of campus recruitment.
- Collect and share the best university program practices.
- Organize discussions/sharing about market trend and intelligence.
- Follow up with Asia campus recruitment teams to ensure actions are aligned with the Corporate’s requirements.
- Drive social network (e.g., target universities) strategy and its deployment.
2. Support Asia staffing CoE in keeping close collaboration/coordination with Asia staffing teams as well as the Corporate Staffing team.
3. Be responsible for planning and leading the execution of full-cycle campus recruitment activities in respective region/ country. For example,
- Collect campus recruitment needs from business departments.
- Communicate with group HRs and business HoDs on their expectations and feedback.
- Coordinate with universities and external parties.
- Plan and deploy campus recruitment-related activities in close cooperation with local recruitment team.
- Organize the collection of market trend information and intelligence.
4. Pay attention to Asia's annual Campus Recruitment target and results. Be responsible for planning and organizing local Campus Recruitment deployment in respective region/ country. Oversee fresh graduates’ 3-year training and development in Asia. Be responsible for planning and execution in respective region/ country. For example,
- Lead the 3-year training and development program with fresh graduates’ Tutor Group.
- Collaborate with business departments to develop campus talents.
- Conduct regular review meetings involving business departments, campus talents, and management team.
- Conduct regular communication with business departments and internal partners on the progress of 3-year training & development.
5. Drive employer branding to attract young talents with close coordination with the Corporate Internal Communication in Asia.
6. Perform HR operations and temporary duties as assigned.
Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or a related field.
2. Must have solid experience with more than 5-year HR full-function operation in MNCs, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
3. Resources of University Networking; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
4. Result-oriented, capable of full-cycle project supervision and management, ensuring efficient and smart working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in oral and written English with good interpersonal communication skills; comfortable with speaking in public and leading presentations; able to engage at all levels of the organization.
6. Exceptional organizing skills, good sense of teamwork and meticulous attention to details.
7. Strong stakeholder management skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
9. Accept frequent travels.
