Job Description
This Position will be a key support for the Danfoss Turbocor® Operations organization in the newly established European PL37 Footprint. As we rapidly expand our organization in Denmark, we expect the scope of the role to grow with the business in. The Materials Planner will support all operational Supply Chain functions and will be a key resource in all areas of the business.
The Materials Planner is a strong communicator who can identify and interact with stakeholders throughout the Turbocor® and broader Danfoss Organization. The Planner is a savvy problem-solver that has an agile thought process. The Planner should be skilled at collecting and organizing data, identification and mitigation of risks, tactical decision-making, and the developing of short-term action plans.
Job Responsibilities
Essential functions, keys tasks, and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following...
- Manage and expedite supply of inbound Material
- Manage Inventory Levels
- Identify and resolve Supply Chain Problems. Ensure continuity of supply.
- Provide Input to Turbocor® SIOP
- Define and manage Production Plan
- Manage and expedite Production Orders to complete on time
- Intermediary between WH and Production
- Provide timely Delivery Promises and updates to Turbocor® Customer Service (Order Management) Team
- Acts as intermediary to resolve shipping problems
- Support ECN execution and Master Data maintenance

Education and/or Experience
2+ years in a similar Function or with similar responsibilities as a Buyer, Planner or Material Master covering multiple areas
Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office and SAP
Strong analytical problem resolution skills, and able to manage multiple projects at a time.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills along with the ability to communicate results both verbally and in writing.
Fluid in English and Danish, spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS CPIM CIPS Certification or related Supply Chain Certifications
Advanced knowledge of data analysis and business modeling
Intermediate understanding of Supply Chain principles including Demand Management, Operations Planning and Master Production Planning
Previous Experience and Network in Nordborg Campus
Other Competencies:
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers, internal/external suppliers and team members at all levels.
Experience working with and leading cross functional teams with remotely located team members and stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
