Job Description
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations and local tax laws
- Maintaining transfer pricing documentation, including preparing and updating transfer pricing reports, intercompany agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and business operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in transfer pricing strategies and practices
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations and industry best practices, and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management on potential impacts and necessary adjustments
- Coordinate and support transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Conduct regular transfer pricing risk assessments and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in independent positions within transfer pricing
- Deep knowledge of global transfer pricing regulations and methodologies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and perform transfer pricing analyses
- Fluency in English (at least on a B2+ level)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex transfer pricing concepts to non-experts.
