About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ApyHub, you’re a real go-getter, responsible for exploring and finding new business opportunities for our platform. You’re the first point of contact with potential customers, so your role is super important in getting them interested and engaged in ApyHub’s solution. In more detail, you will:
- Actively network, send personalized, strategic, value-added emails and calls to find new developer leads and business prospects
- Have the ability to quickly spot and evaluate opportunities and plan a strategy that sparks their interest
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the prospect’s requirements, challenges and pain points to determine if they are a good fit for ApyHub’s platform offering
- Schedule and perform demos with customers and prospects
- Update and maintain the CRM system with detailed and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to provide valuable insight for sales and marketing strategies

You will be a strong candidate if you…
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Have proven experience 2-5 years in sales development, lead generation or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Self-motivated and target-driven with proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential customers and influence their decision-making process
- Have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Have excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solutions oriented mindset
- Are familiar with developer productivity platforms
- Are passionate about technology and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments
- Have experience working in an Agile environment
