The role will be part of the VNO Digital function, with focus on Field process automation (Digital Field) and Zero Touch Operations achievement via third party products (ZTO Vendor Solutions).
The team, in the scope of digital field, is in charge of:
In the described scope, the successful candidate will take a role of functional leadership in designing e2e use cases, providing an architectural design able to fulfil business requirements.
He/She will exploit his/her technical background in order to propose and agree with development team, an overall architecture ensuring the respect of key performances indicators, as latency, system stability and cyber security compliance. He/She is a senior experienced figure and, when needed, he/she will also act as project manager and business analyst to deblock analysis or dev tasks following VF processes.

- Field process mapping and inter-country processes harmonization
- Benefits/costs evaluation
- HLD architecture and platforms identification
- E2E Use Case flows definition
- Check E2E performances and verify post-deployment benefit
- Introduce technological innovation as augmented reality

- Deeply understand business functional needs, speaking with product manager and main stakeholders
- Design e2e functional flow by using sequence diagrams or other type of diagrams
- Define HLD and e2e flows for VF Network Operations applications
- Ask firewall opening and test connectivity
- Suggest best practices to ensure stability and e2e performances suited to technical needs
- Support business analysts in specification writing and corner cases identification
- Perform functional and technical test of solutions deployed by dev team (e.g. via API clients / SQL query/ volumes analysis / latency evaluation)
- Lead the introduction of innovative technologies like Augmented Reality
- Provide technical evaluation of vendor product adoption
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Experience in designing and deploying software web and mobile applications (preferably in microservices-based contexts, on both cloud env or on-prem K8 / Openshift platforms)
- Experience in HLD and specification writing
- Experience in agile working
- Strong analytical skills
- Telematics basis for connectivity testing
- SQL & SW development experience
- Basic knowledge of Dockers and K8
- Real-time systems and queuing technologies basis
- Data analysis and statistics basis
- STEM degree
