Mission:
- Execute the accounting processes and keep the accounting account analyzes up to date, based on local regulations, in addition to performe the tax, administrative taks and keeps a tax register (monthly and anual), in order to ensure accounting and tax complience according to the local regulations.
Main Responsabilities:
- keep the register and budgetary and accounting control of the office (amortizationgs, exchange rate differential, provisions, surrender, etc), and prepare tax returns with the support of the tax advisors.
- Ensure the updating of documentation and tax applications and evaluate possible effects on the operations and new businesses.
- Carry out the issuance of books and tax legal documents (manual and electronic formats)
- Prepare the report of Transfer Price, Balace and Income Statement, in addition to reviewing and/or requesting reports and/or information required internally by Agrosuper or external organizations (Government, Insurance, Local Tax Examiner, etc) local tax inspection body.
- Verify monthly reconcilation of inventories, in coordination with the logistics team.

- Ensure accounting and tax compliance according to local regulations.

- Contribute to the consolidation of the financial statements and ensure the correct delivery of statements, rectifications, responses to reviews, sworn statements, etc.
- Ensure inventory quadrature between SAP and warehouses.
Formation and Education
- Bachelor: Business Administration, Accounting
- English and Spanish (A2 - B2)
- SAP
- Office
- At least 3 years of experience in foreing trade or logistics.

- Cost efficiency (Payments in time and form)

- Recovery of tax credits applicable to monthlu and annual taxes.
