A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is an advanced eCommerce platform comprised of a set of capabilities including online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services.
As a market Roll-out coordinator, you will be responsible for the deployment of the platform on the specific European markets within the existing ecosystem of cloud services (eCommerce and other apps). You will be managing, supporting, and coordinating the various teams and stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with a product team and implementation teams to enhance the current market both for business capabilities AND technical excellence - e.g. availability, observability, performance, and other non-functional aspects.
- 5+ years of full-time practice as a Technical/Engineering Delivery Manager in the software outsourcing industry.
- Experience in leading multiple teams (20+ people).
- Previous experience with software development is obligatory.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by examples, cultural awareness.
- Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management.
- Good understanding of different software methodologies - SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall.
- Experience in software engineering practices, quality assurance, improving team velocity.
- Ability to execute and prioritize a number of tasks simultaneously, resolving interdependencies with multiple stakeholders.
- Upper-intermediate or advanced level or writing and verbal English.
- Bachelor's Degree.
