We are seeking a passionate Senior Android Developer to join our engineering team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain the company’s Android applications
- Collaborate with the Web and iOS developers to support the full product development in a time efficient manner
- Develop source code that is highly structured, reusable and is accompanied with clear comments describing each key functionality
- Be readily available to discuss features and code details upon request
- Keep all documentation organized and accessible to the company
- Safeguard the projects’ documentation with the utmost caution against any information breach
- Present progress daily or upon request during a meeting with the business/tech stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest Android updates and ensure app compatibility
- Ensure the compatibility and optimal performance of apps across various Android devices and versions
- Respect and meet the agreed timelines and milestones
- Other tasks as may be assigned
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Proven software development experience and Android skills development
- Experience with Android SDK and working with remote data via JSON and RESTful APIs
- Candidate must have good knowledge of native Android,Kotlin,Git, MVVM, Live data, Room. Experience with third- party libraries and APIs
- Ability to follow and implement pixel perfect Figma designs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures,trends, and emerging technologies
- Minimum 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is a plus
