Customer Success Specialist - Saudi National - Jeddah [Saudi Arabia]


 
  • Preparing customer visits by collecting data from all the concerned departments and sharing it with supervisor/manager before the visit.
  • Visiting customers to collect information about their performance to identify customer’s status.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries to ensure high-level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
  • Promoting Imdad consumables, Estore and Imdad patient’s websites according to the KPIs.

  • Studying and analyzing customer’s details after updating their contacts and competitor’s data to define the improvement criteria.
  • Reporting and reviewing weekly reports in regards to customer visits, customer feedback, Customer information and KPI reports to CSD Supervisor/ CSD Manager.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or any other related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the Client Support / Customer Service field.
  • Saudi National.
  • KSA Driving License + car.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills .
  • Team player with ability to perform well under pressure.
