One of our industry leading clients is looking for an Office Assistant in the Dunedin, Otago region that is available for immediate start. This is a great opportunity to work for a local business while upskilling and gaining experience working with an exceptional team.
This position is very basic office work assisting the full time administrator. Including tasks such as data entry, time sheeting, invoice submissions, keeping compliance, documents and paperwork updated and uploaded to their digital app.
It is 20 hours a week to start off however, there is the possibility for this along with responsibilities to increase as time goes on.

- One of the biggest requirements for this role is having the right attitude, we want someone who has a natural willingness to help and will be a team player in supporting other staff members.
- Great initiative with the ability to see what tasks may need attention.
- Basic ability of computer usage, including programmes like Word & Excel
- Sense of humour
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty, when office work may be under control, you may be asked to clean up around the yard/workshop.
