Sales Assistant


Your mission:


Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service:

  • Coordinate internal actions to gather all necessary documentation and allow exports in specific countries,
  • Organize trainings (planning, invitations, booking, certificates),
  • Organize annual customers satisfaction survey,
  • Help our Customer Service by occasionally entering orders into SAP,
  • Help in consolidating annual forecasts,
  • Be in charge of administrative tasks (booking meeting rooms, booking hotels, fill in customers’ forms)
  • Give commercial and administrative support to subsidiaries by sharing the right documentation,
  • Help the Sales Coordinator to build sales reports, make analysis on requests and improve sales presentations (back-up),
  • Manage the office’s stock (drinks, papers).


Our expectations:


  • Must have:
  • High school degree, Business Administration or equivalent by experience,
  • Have a first sales experience as an asset,
  • Master pack office (Outlook, PPT, Excel and Word),
  • Be fluent in English and French, other languages are considered as assets,

  • Autonomous
