Position: Online Sales Coordinator
Location: Chamdor, Krugersdorp, Gauteng
Responsibilities:
· Coordinating online sales activities
· Entering order information into the database
· Answering customer questions with regards to their sales product
· Research ways to increase sales
· Following up on customer deliveries
· Managing the company’s website
· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
· Customer care
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
· Relevant qualification in sales administration
· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Proficiency in English
· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Advanced sales and customer service skills
· Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts
· Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies
· analytical and problem-solving skills
· Able to work under pressure
