Position Title IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
● As the contact point of the IT service desk, to provide the first call resolution through Teams call, email etc. and consistently logging all issues into the ticket management system.

● To provide the technical advice and support to end users regarding the use of computer hardware and software, perform routine instals, modify and make minor repairs to hardware and software systems.

● To follow up on the progress of the issue until closure, in order to provide good customer satisfaction.

● To work with 2nd level support in Competence Center Beijing and infrastructure Services in HQ to run the Group standard hardware and software in SEA and support business optimization in SEA.

● To follow and communicate group IT guidelines and process
● To provide IT knowledge training for internal end users
● To coordinate and support Group projects e.g. Phoenix implementation in SEA
● To monitor IT Services availability and health status and provide KPI weekly reports to supervisor / manager.
● To manage IT inventory consistently ensure changes are reflected with reality.
● To escalate the relevant issues to the next level of support in a timely manner.
● To implement group cloud solution in SEA with creative thinking.
● Identify and share opportunities to improve operational efficiency through the enhancement of IT infrastructure in SEA countries.

Requirements:
● IT infrastructure knowledge
● Microsoft platform products troubleshooting
● ITIL certification preferred
● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with min 3 years’ experience
● Capable of travelling overseas for business when requested
● Proactive and self-motivated attitude
● High level of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
